Almost 11 0clock and my first (kind of official) day and homeschool has gone somewhat pear shaped. I am ready for teaching but...
Today we will continue healthy bodies and try to compile some sort of projet for that.
English instructional text -how to wash your hands differentiated for the year groups. Will need to post links to resourses for future reference. forgot where i got resources from. The internet. an ocean of informantion, beware of overload.
Older ones need to learn about mico organisims aka germs (what do they say about learning twice when teaching!)
For maths it would be nice to look at food packaging and see the percentages of ingredients or RDA and look at the weight and capacity etc... Prob wont as procrastinating -now on this blog- will mean they'll probably do worksheets.
